Grade A Elk Antler is the softest chew. These chews are great for all ages of all breeds. The split antlers are cut in half lengthwise to expose the bone marrow (the part that makes dogs want to chew on antler) to the furry friend without much effort of chewing through the harder material on the outside of the antler. Splits are great for new chewers that may not show interest in a solid antler, not having the taste for the tasty marrow just yet. Splits could also be great for older dogs with more sensitive mouths. Splits won't last as long, as they are easily able to get to the good stuff. Solids will keep the average dog busy for months!
GRADE A MULE DEER ANTLER
Grade A Mule Deer Antler is the softest deer antler available. Whitetail are a much harder antler, so we do not offer whitetail chews in fear of them being too hard for the typical dog. Mule deer antler is still going to be harder than the Elk Antler, so these would be great for heavy, experienced chewers to get some more life out of the chew. We also split some of the larger sizes of Mule Deer antler, the splits will still last quite some time, but not as long as the solid, but they will be a little more desirable to the dog.
