RiVal-  Name from the family last names combined.  Grandparent's name of Ritter, and my last name of Vallejos

 

A quick story of our "why".

My grandpa is unable to work anymore due to knee replacements followed by some gnarly cancer.  Grandma has been picking up shifts as Walgreens to make ends meet.  I don't like that. :)  So... I asked grandpa to "help" me with a business idea of mine... he cuts all the antlers that I find and we sell them.  All proceeds go to them to help them with their retirement and get grandma out of having to work.  She has worked enough, it's time for relaxing.   Grandpa does all the cutting, and grandma likes to help him package and get the orders ready to ship.  It has been incredible for them.  My grandpa is a whole new man now that he feels he can contribute to the household again, and has a purpose. :)
